Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020, proper training is essential for workplace fire safety. Our face-to-face course delivers the nationally recognised unit CPPFES2005 – Demonstrate First Attack Firefighting Equipment.
Identify different classes of fire
Select and operate fire extinguishers
Use fire blankets
Apply emergency procedures
Implement post-incident procedures
Upon completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment for First Attack Firefighting.

Conversational level of English for reading, responding, and interpreting safety information
Verbal, Practical & Theory Assessments:
Assessments are conducted in English only, without the use of translators.
Participants must verify their identity using a valid Photo ID during the assessment process.
All PPE is supplied except for footwear.
Participants must complete all course components within the allocated timeframe. Failure to do so will require re-enrollment and payment of associated fees.
