Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

NexStep Solutions is a training provider delivering nationally recognised training on behalf of:
- Allwest Training Services (RTO 81280)
- Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909)
By enrolling in a course with NexStep Solutions, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Compliance and Standards

All training and assessment services delivered by NexStep Solutions are conducted in accordance with:
- Standards for RTOs 2015 (ASQA)
- Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA)
- Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 (WA)
- Applicable licensing authority and unit requirements (e.g. WorkSafe WA, Safe Work Australia)

3. Enrolment and Eligibility

- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a completed enrolment form and payment.
- Students must meet pre-requisite requirements, including minimum age, language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) standards, and physical capability for high-risk or practical training.
- NexStep reserves the right to cancel enrolments where eligibility criteria are not met.

4. Fees and Refunds

- Fees must be paid prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- NexStep Solutions complies with Allens Training Pty Ltd’s and Allwest Training Services’ refund policies.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to course start may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- No refunds are issued for non-attendance or cancellations made within 48 hours of the course.

5. Student Rights and Responsibilities

Participants have the right to:
- Be treated fairly and with respect
- Learn in a safe and inclusive environment
- Receive quality training and accurate information
- Access complaints and appeals processes

Participants are responsible for:
- Attending all training and assessment sessions
- Following all safety instructions and site rules
- Advising trainers of any learning, language or health needs
- Behaving respectfully toward trainers and other participants

6. Work Health and Safety

NexStep Solutions is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all participants and staff.
- Students must wear required PPE and follow trainer instructions during practical training.
- Unsafe behaviour or failure to comply with safety standards may result in removal from the course.

7. Certification

- Statements of Attainment will be issued by the partnering RTO (Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909 or Allwest Training Services RTO 81280) upon successful completion of all assessment requirements.
- Certificates are emailed directly and may take up to 2 business days to process.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

NexStep Solutions complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and relevant State privacy legislation.
- Personal information is collected solely for training purposes and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law or the RTO.
- Information may be provided to third parties such as ASQA, NCVER, and WorkSafe for regulatory purposes.

9. Complaints and Appeals

Students have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal regarding training, assessment, or conduct.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
- All complaints are handled in line with the partner RTO’s policies and procedures.

10. Changes to Terms

NexStep Solutions reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Students will be notified of any significant changes prior to implementation.
