Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website or enrolling in our courses.
1. Training Provider
NexStep Solutions is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We deliver training via third-party agreements with Kita, Allwest, and Allens Training, who are responsible for issuing statements of attainment or certificates of completion.
2. Course Enrolment & Payment
· Full payment is required to secure your booking.
· Refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled course.
· No refunds will be provided for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or for non-attendance.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources provided by NexStep Solutions are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without our written consent.
4. Third-Party Tools
We use third-party platforms to deliver our services (such as booking systems and payment processors). By enrolling, you agree to their terms of use as well.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NexStep Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of using our services or attending training.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once published on our website.
